Terms & Conditions:

1. General Information.

DGK Project is a construction and renovation company operating under the laws of the Netherlands, offering professional services in residential and commercial renovation, extensions, and window installation. By using our website, requesting a quote, or entering into a contract with DGK Project, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 

2. Scope of Services.
DGK Project provides a full range of construction and renovation services, including but not limited to:

-Full interior and exterior renovation

-Demolition and site preparation

-Electrical and plumbing installation

-Heating systems, including underfloor heating

-Wall insulation, plastering, and painting

-Flooring installation (tile, parquet, laminate)

-Wooden stair renovation and restoration

-Construction of home extensions and annexes

-Supply and installation of REHAU PVC windows

-All services are carried out by trained professionals and in compliance with current safety and building regulations.

 

 

3. Estimates, Quotes, and Contracts.

-All project estimates provided by DGK Project are non-binding until confirmed in writing.

-A signed contract or written confirmation (email included) is required before work can begin.

-Quotes are valid for 15 calendar days unless otherwise stated.

-Changes in the scope of work after contract signing may result in a revised quote and timeline.

 

 

4. Payments and Invoicing.

-Payments are made in accordance with the terms specified in the signed contract (e.g., deposit + milestone payments).

-Failure to make payments on time may result in project suspension.

-DGK Project reserves the right to charge interest for late payments in accordance with applicable laws.

-All prices are in Euro (EUR) and may or may not include BTW depending on the legal entity’s status.

 

5. Project Execution and Timelines.

-Project start and completion dates are estimated in good faith but may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or third-party delays.

-The client is responsible for providing necessary access to the property, including access to water, electricity, and waste disposal as needed.

-Any delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to approve materials, lack of access) may result in revised deadlines and potential additional costs.

 

6. Materials and Warranties.

-DGK Project will use materials of appropriate quality as agreed upon in the contract.

-Clients may choose their own materials; in this case, DGK Project assumes no responsibility for delays or defects related to third-party materials.

-A warranty of up to 2 years is provided for workmanship unless specified otherwise. Material warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

 

7. Liability and Limitations.

-DGK Project shall not be liable for damage resulting from pre-existing structural issues, hidden defects, or force majeure events.

-The company is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, neglect, or third-party interventions after project completion.

-Liability is limited to the value of the contract or the portion of work completed.

 

8. Cancellation and Termination.

-Clients may cancel the project prior to the start date.

-Depending on timing, fees for planning, administration, or already delivered work may apply.

-DGK Project reserves the right to terminate a project in cases of non-payment, abuse, or unsafe conditions.

9. Intellectual Property.

-All designs, drawings, and content provided by DGK Project remain the intellectual property of the company unless transferred by written agreement.

-The content and images on our website are protected and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

 

10. Privacy and Data Protection.

-DGK Project complies with GDPR and handles all client data with strict confidentiality.

-Personal information is used solely for communication, invoicing, and service delivery.

-Client data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

 

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law.

-In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation and good faith discussion.

-If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be settled by the competent courts in the jurisdiction where DGK Project is registered.

-The governing law shall be that of the country of registration Netherlands.

 

12. Amendments.

-DGK Project reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

-The most current version will be published on our website.

-Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
